Play Dates
12/14, 12/21, 12/22, 12/28, 12/29, 1/4, 1/11, 1/18, 2/1, 2/8, 2/15, 2/22

Divisions
5-6 team divisions will be formed. The goal is to play each team twice (division of 5) or 3 teams twice (division of 6)

U7 (2018) - U19 (2006), Men's Open, Women's Open

Scheduling
Conflicts/requests will be accepted but not guaranteed. We want to work with all teams requests as long as it makes sense for each division. All 8 games will be scheduled on the above play dates. You may schedule request double headers (2 games on 1 day)

Referees
All referees are US Youth Futsal certified and the most experienced officials in West MI
2 referee system for U13 and up
1 referee system for U12 and younger

Cost
$825 per team plus a annual $13.50 per player US Youth Futsal membership/insurance fee that gets paid directly to US Youth Futsal. This is a one time fee that covers all USYF leagues and tournaments for the year.

$425 deposit due November 1st
Full balance to be paid by December 1st

Timeline
Preliminary schedule released by November 18
Re-scheduling period is November 18-25
Schedule final by November 26
Rescheduling fee is $100 after November 26
