School of Futsal is a futsal-first training, events, and coach-education company based in West Michigan. We build players, sharpen coaches, and stage the region’s highest-level competition—so teams are ready for USYF Regionals, Nationals, and beyond.

Our Approach: The Latican Style

Created on the court and refined in competition, Latican blends Latin creativity with relentless structure. Expect:

What We Do

Ginga Futsal League

West Michigan’s elite futsal league. Level-based divisions, real futsal refereeing, and every game under one roof at HSB (Wyoming, MI). It’s the weekly proving ground for top teams preparing for bigger stages.

Coach Education

On-court + classroom courses that open the Latican playbook:

• Latican Attacking Systems (3–1 / 4–0, rotations, pressing)

• Set-Piece Design & Organization (age-appropriate to pro)

• Session Architecture (progressions that transfer to game day)
  Available as public courses or custom club intensives.

Player & Team Training

Personal, small-group, and team sessions that turn ideas into habits—technical repetition linked to tactical clarity.

Events & ID Opportunities

Showcases and select partner events that concentrate quality opponents and meaningful minutes.

Founders

Fabián Rodríguez — Co-Director & Founder

A nationally recognized futsal architect and teacher, Fabián created the Latican Style and has coached across the Americas and Europe with US Youth Futsal. Head Coach at OLé FC (Men’s Pro) and long-time program builder, he leads School of Futsal’s systems, set-piece framework, and coach-education design.

Jessie Zamudio — Co-Director & Founder

A coach-educator and active pro with OLé FC, Jessie connects elite playing experience to everyday training detail. A USYF National Team staff coach and two-time U.S. Men’s Futsal selection, he specializes in cue-based rotations, tempo control, and session design that transfers directly to matches.

Where We Play

HSB (Home School Building), Wyoming, MI is our central game venue for the Ginga League. We also stage select training and events at affiliated facilities in the Grand Rapids area.
